Ben is a real estate expert with extensive experience in investments, development, construction, and facilities management, paired with strong financial expertise. He currently chairs the Johannesburg Housing Company (JHC), managing 4,500 rental units in the inner city of Johannesburg. He is also leading the development of 6,200 opportunities on 231 hectares in Sebokeng Township as Chairman of Set Square Developments. 

Previously, he served as Chief of Investment Management at Gyro Group a subsidiary of Telkom Group, optimising the management of 1,300 properties and 6,200 towers for Telkom. Ben has also held leadership roles as CEO and Finance Director at Thebe Property Asset Management and co-founded Excellerate Facilities Management. His career, starting as a Finance Executive at Sunflower Housing Company, exemplifies a unique blend of financial and real estate expertise, making him a prominent figure in the industry.

Tjako is a driven and skilled professional with over 16 years of experience in the built environment, including quantity surveying, project management, and financial oversight. His expertise spans large-scale, complex building and engineering projects, both as a contractor and professional. 

Recently, as a Technical Manager for Amulet Group, he oversaw civil works for a R330 million transmission line project, managing staff, finances, and contracts. Previously, Tjako co-founded Kiwango QS, where he worked on notable projects like the R2.9 billion Lillian Ngoyi District Hospital and the R595 million BCX Head Office. He also gained extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at LDM Quantity Surveyors, handling projects like the R280 million Green Star Rated Call Centre in Ferndale

Ikaneng is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2001, with a Bachelor’s and Honours degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Pretoria. He completed his articles at Deloitte, working with high-profile clients across various sectors. With extensive public sector experience, he served as an Audit Manager for the Auditor-General's international clients, including United Nations bodies, leading audits in countries such as China, New York, Nigeria, and Mozambique.

Ikaneng has also consulted for SMMEs, developmental finance agencies, and a major bank, providing financial and taxation support, and serving as an outsourced CFO for various SMEs. His expertise includes due diligence reviews and investment monitoring for private entities. Additionally, he has chaired his professional accounting association, representing the country at its London headquarters.
