At Motja, our commitment to the communities we work in extends past infrastructure and property delivery. We believe that sustainable development is measured not only in completed projects, but in the strength, unity, and opportunity created for the people who live in those communities.
Our CSI programme uses sport, recreation, and local partnership to bring residents together, develop youth, and strengthen the social fabric of the estates and communities we serve.
Lethabong Community Soccer Festival
Motja supported the Lethabong Community Soccer Festival held at Lethabong Lifestyle Estate on Youth Day, 16 June 2026. The event brought together residents, youth, women, community leaders and other stakeholders for a day of football and community participation.
The programme included a six-a-side challenge between women’s and youth teams. The event created an inclusive space for participants and supporters to celebrate Youth Day through sport, unity and shared community pride.

The strong attendance at the festival demonstrated the value of accessible community activities that encourage people to participate, support one another and build relationships beyond their everyday routines.
Through initiatives such as the Lethabong Community Soccer Festival, Motja seeks to contribute to communities that are more connected, inclusive and actively involved in creating positive local experiences.
